Open the studio at https://burning-bridges.com/dashboard/home. Sign-in is required to generate; the landing page composer's only job is to pass you there.

## Input

One photo, JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. A sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo works best; sunglasses, masks, strong filters and very small faces hurt the result. Photos of other people require their permission; photos of minors and real public figures are not allowed.

## Modes

- Face Swap: the user's face replaces the host — the person with the largest face in frame for most of the 20-second clip — inside the original party scene. The room, guests and camera work stay. 40 credits.
- Full Recast: the user's photo is first composited into an AI-generated version of the party room as the host, then animated with the scene's motion. Works for people, and often for pets and original characters (results vary). 112 credits (12 for the composite + 100 for the animation).

## Output

MP4, 16:9, 20 seconds, silent — no song or audio track is included. Users add the "Burning Bridges" sound in TikTok or Reels when posting.

Processing usually takes a few minutes; Full Recast takes longer because it runs two steps. Finished and in-flight videos appear in the studio's history list, and an interrupted task resumes when the page is reopened.

Videos are created private and are not posted to a public gallery.
